Callcap is currently looking for a Sales Engineer. This position works directly with our sales group to set up initial customer accounts.
Job responsibilities:
- Acting as a point of contact to keep customers informed
- Tracking orders
- Internal sales database updates and maintenance
- Exceptional product knowledge
- Coordinating customer requests
- Processing customer orders
1-2 years relevant work experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate. An ability to listen, learn, and grow is a must. A technical/computer background is a plus.
