Finally it's here! Callcap is happy to finally release the AnswerCenter client to all our customers. For the first time ever you will have a tool to accurately track all your prospect calls from the beginning of the call to the end of the sales process. Use the AnswerCenter to set Positive, Negative, or Neutral result codes on each and every call. Once you have classified your calls, use the Graphical Analysis tool to determine things like:
