Now anywhere you can use your web-enabled smart phone, you can access real-time information on incoming calls to your campaigns, call recordings and campaign call volumes. On the iPhone and Android phones, touching the phone number with a call record actually allows you to directly dial the caller.

In addition to quick reporting features, you can also manage important functions of your campaigns such as rerouting the destination number, call recording, choosing a Call Announcement and even advancing the stop-date of your campaign if you are still getting important calls to an expiring campaign.
