Call Recovery Back to top
In life, you don't always get second chances.
Callsaver provides you that sought after second chance to save business revenue that otherwise would have been lost to a competitor. Callcap collects caller data and information; Callsurance allows your calls to be evaluated, graded, and flagged for recovery if an opportunity to make money was blown. Those negative calls are emailed to you immediately and placed in your Callsaver queue, providing you everything you need call the customer back, overcome their objections, and close the sale.
Don't blow it. Callsaver can help.
Call Queue Back to top
The Callsaver Call Queue gives each missed opportunity call an equal chance of being saved, by placing them in a first-in first-out queue that can be accessed by the employees you designate to work on call recovery for your business. This prevents picking-and-choosing "easy" saves by employees looking to boost their ratings, which leaves potentially saveable calls to linger too long.
Email Functionality & Reporting Back to top
Once a negative call is evaluated with your Callsurance service, an email notification is rushed to you with the contact information of the customer who did not book a sale or service with you and information on their objection. After you contact the potential customer and save the sale, you have the ability to follow an email link that instantly marks that call as saved to chalk up another saved revenue opportunity for your company - all without having to log in to the Callsaver website.
The Callsaver web interface also allows you the opportunity to review reports of the success of agents you have working to save calls, missed opportunities vs. potential sales saves, and Callsaver totals by day.
