What?
Callsurance analyses and evaluates each call your business receives in near real-time. Call Evaluation, or Call Disposition, gives you more insight in to how your business does when it comes to phone lead conversions.
How?
After your phone representative hangs up with a caller, the call recording feeds into our Call Analyst center. Our team of trained Call Analysts listen to your calls, taking detailed notes about the employee that took the call and what was discussed. Then, the call is classified as either Positive (for example, a customer called intending to book an appointment or buy a product and did so), Neutral (these calls are generally telemarketers, vendors or wrong numbers and can be ignored) or Negative (for example, a potential customer called intending to book an appointment or buy a product, but in this case hung up without the sale being closed). The criteria for each classification can be personalized for your specific business.
Why?
We've all done it. When in need of a service or product, we flip open the yellow pages or search on Google and go down the list checking out the options until settling on a company to give our business to. If we have an objection with the way one company does business or the price, we move on to the next in line. If you are high enough on the list to get a call in the first place and low enough on the list that the caller is tired of making calls, this is great. It's not so great for the businesses that got bypassed by a customer looking for a better offer.
Callsurance can alert you when a lost business opportunity (Negative) is detected. Of 107 businesses surveyed, the average believed they were converting 80% of their calls into new customer opportunities. But when measured with Callsurance, the average conversion rate was actually 47.5%. In addition to helping you save potentially lost business opportunities, Callsurance by Callcap also provides you a number of unique reports customized to present your call evaluation data such as booking percentages by division and branch, ROI analysis and marketing percentage of revenue, call summaries based on disposition, and assessments of booking success for call agents.
