From "Thank you for calling Bob's Vacuum Repair" to "Please enter your zip code to be transferred to the location closest to you", a recorded voice on the line makes customers feel more comfortable as well as saves time on your call agent's end. DTMF (Touch-Tones)
Callcap has the ability to capture DTMF touch tones that customers enter during the course of a call, perhaps for a custom IVR on your end, and display them for you with each Call Detail Record to see at a glance how users are navigating your phone system.
